Win Tickets to Matt Costa’s Auckland Show at The Kings Arms, March 19th 2008

 

1. To be eligible to enter, consumers must Mail to a Mate from the email sent to the Universal Music New Zealand Matt Costa database March 4th, 2008.

 

2. Employees of Universal Music and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

3. All entries will be collated from Mail to a Mate

 

4. No responsibility is taken by Universal Music for late, lost or misdirected entries. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

5. All entries must be made by Mail to a Mate from the email sent to the Universal Music New Zealand Matt Costa database March 4th, 2008 no later than 7am, Friday March 14th, 2008

 

6. The draw will take place between 7am - 11am on Friday March 14th 2008. The winners will be notified by telephone and email. All prize packs will be sent via courier to each winner’s home address.

 

7. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to notification on or before Monday March 17th, 2008 the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of Universal and another winner will be drawn.

 

8. Universal Music reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

 

9. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The six prize winners will receive two tickets to the Matt Costa Show at The Kings Arms, Auckland on 19th March and must be 18 years or older.

 

10. The concert date is subject to change, the winner will therefore be sent to the new concert date.

 

11. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, entrants agree that their name, town/suburb and photograph may be used for publicity purposes in connection with this promotion in any media, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.

 

12. Entries will become the property of Universal Music New Zealand. Entrants’ details will only be used for database purposes if outlined during entry process.

 

13. Universal Music and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

 

14. All components of the prize must be taken together. Travel, Accommodation and Insurance are not included, all ancillary and travel costs are the winner’s responsibility.

 

15. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.

 

16. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize cannot be awarded, however can be given to their parent or legal guardian.

 

 

Win A Double Pass To Jack Johnson’s Christchurch Show, March 20th 2008
